Here, we will explore Why sustainable change has yet to happen for us, How we can change that, and What tools we can use to make it happen!
This seminar will be helpful for when we want to make changes in our life, and yet they don't happen, e.g., New Year's resolutions we keep promising ourselves. Starting on that thing, which we have procrastinated for quite some time. Beginning on a project task early instead of at the last minute. Forming healthy new habits, such as flossing our teeth or a 30 min walk every day. When we mean to plan rest into our schedule to reduce the stress in our lives, but - it just does not happen.
With our Moving Mental Roadblocks Model, we will explore why the change we want has yet to happen, and introduce our mental tool, the Emotion-Thought-Action (ETA) ladder, which can be used to enact sustainable change effectively.
